FESTIVALS
INTERNATIONAL SHOWCASES

Most of the ConnectUp- partner theatres host large, cross-border festivals for young audiences, some taking place annually, others are biennials. The theatres bring these festivals with them as hubs for exchange, training and dissemination within the cooperation.

22 festival will be held over the four years, featuring performances (productions & co-creations) and Audience Development Strategy (presentations and workshops).

The festivals are the places of further training (as part of the Study Programme: Theater Mediation) and artistic evaluation. But they are also the showcase, where we introduce our productions to the international TYA scene and where we discuss the vision of a more diversified audience. Each festival will enhance our work and strengthen the basis of our vision.
