Gonçalo Amorim

Artistic Director

Gonçalo Amorim, Artistic Director of TEP (since 2012) and the Artistic Director of FITEI (since 2013). Born in Porto (Portugal) in 1976. Studied Anthropology at Universidade Nova de Lisboa and hold a degree from the Escola Superior de Teatro e Cinema (Training: acting and stage direction). He was a member of the group Útero between 1998 and 2001, part of the cooperative Teatro O Bando since 1999 and a member of the group Primeiros Sintomas between 2002 and 2010.
