With over 20 years of commercial experience, Derick is an expert in User Experience and User Interface design with a real attention to detail and the ability to create intuitive designs across all media.
Derick worked at BBC Scotland for 8 years where he created some of the first network-commissioned bilingual eLearning projects in English and Gaelic. He was responsible for creative direction and managing independent suppliers for BBC Learning Scotland.
After leaving the BBC, he spent 5 years in the commercial sector as a Senior Designer for Tinopolis Interactive.
In 2011 Derick started Galactig, a successful and widely respected digital agency based in Caernarfon, North Wales.
Galactig became part of Rondo Media in January 2015. Derick now manages a growing team focused on delivering high quality digital services.
