Francesca Tisano

Born in 1993, she starts working in theatre as an actress with Compagnia della Fortezza in the state prison of Volterra (Tuscany), directed by Armando Punzo, where she performs in all the projects from 2011 until today, also working as a dramaturgical and organisational collaborator. She studies Social Theatre and Performing arts in Firenze with Isole Comprese Teatro and she graduates as an actress at the School of Theatre of Bologna ‘Galante Garrone’.  

In 2019 she attends the high-level training course The dramatic rhythm directed by Socìetas Raffaello Sanzio, at Teatro Comandini (Cesena) and the master degree in Italian Literature at the University of Bologna. From 2019 to 2021 she works with Teatro Nucleo (Ferrara) as an actress and a theatre educator with children, supporting the organisation and the communication of theatre activities (local festival; tournée; european projects). In 2022 she starts working for Elsinor at Teatro Giovanni Testori (Forlì) as press office, communications manager and collaborator for European projects. From September 2022 she starts working for Testori as a theatre educator and mediator for groups of children and teenagers with socio-economic and cultural disadvantage. She studies Children’s Literature at the University of Padova and work as an actress for young audiences both with Teatro Testori and with other theatres.
